PROVISIONAL TEXT
- This text was written by the engineering team to describe what the site does at this revision. It has not been reviewed by counsel — that review is an open decision (D-105) — and it is not legal advice.
- A fact the owner still has to supply is marked [owner to confirm]. Where you see it, nobody has decided yet, and nothing has been invented to fill the gap.
- This document is available in English only until its translation has been reviewed.
- Revision 2026-09-24.1, issued 24 September 2026.
WHO RUNS THIS SITE
- This site is the public face of SiaSol: a catalogue of applications and, where one offers it, an isolated demonstration of it. It is served as a set of static files from a single self-hosted server at siasol.ai.
- The organisation responsible for it: SiaSol Egypt (Egypt), registration number [owner to confirm].
- Its postal address: [owner to confirm].
- Its privacy contact: support@siasol.ai.
WHAT IS COLLECTED, AND WHY
- Server logs — each request is logged with a request id, the path it asked for, the response status, how long it took, and the network address it came from. The same address is used to apply per-address rate limits for the duration of a limit window, after which the counter expires.
- Whether addresses are truncated or keyed-hashed before storage: [owner to confirm]. The design target is that they are.
- Email you send us — writing to support@siasol.ai means we hold your message and your address for as long as it takes to answer you and for the period below. It is used to answer you and for nothing else.
- That is the whole list at this revision.
WHAT IS NOT COLLECTED
- No cookie is set. Not one, not an essential one, not a consent one. Measured on 24 September 2026: the server sends no Set-Cookie header on any path, and after the home page has been open long enough for the world to load, document.cookie is empty.
- Nothing is written to your browser storage either — no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB. Your choice about sound is not remembered between visits, which is a cost of this and is stated rather than hidden.
- No analytics, of any kind, first-party or third. No page-speed beacon. No advertising or marketing tracker, and nothing is shared for advertising. No cross-site tracking and no device fingerprinting.
- No third-party script, font or stylesheet is loaded. Every byte this page needs comes from this server.
- No account or sign-in exists for visitors, so nothing is tied to one.
- No contact form exists at this revision, so no form store exists either. Contact is an email address.
- No demonstration is available at this revision, so no demonstration collects anything. When one does it will show its own notice before you enter anything, and content you enter into a demonstration is not used to train models unless that is separately and explicitly authorised — the default is that it is not.
HOW LONG THINGS ARE KEPT
- These are the platform’s design targets, adopted provisionally pending counsel review (D-105). Exact values are set after that review.
- Email you send us — up to 24 months from the day it arrives.
- Application logs — 14 to 30 days.
- Security logs — 12 months.
- Audit records of staff actions — 2 to 7 years, depending on the obligation that applies.
- Raw product analytics — 90 days. None is collected at this revision.
- Aggregate analytics — 25 months. None is collected at this revision.
- Demonstration session metadata — 30 days, once demonstrations exist.
- Data you enter into a demonstration — hours to 7 days, by the explicit policy of that demonstration.
- One thing this notice will not claim: that a period stated above has already been enforced. The sweep that acts on those dates is not built at this revision — so "kept for up to" is exact and "deleted after" would not be. A legal hold can override deletion, through a documented and audited process.
YOUR RIGHTS
- Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask what is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. To ask, write to support@siasol.ai.
- Because this site holds almost nothing, the honest answer to most such requests is short: unless you have written to us, what exists is a line in a server log against a network address.
- How identity is verified before a request is acted on, and the response time: [owner to confirm].
LEGAL BASIS AND JURISDICTION
- The jurisdictions whose law applies, the lawful basis for each category above, and the supervisory authority a complaint may be taken to: [owner to confirm].
CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE
- Every revision of this notice carries the id shown at the top. A material change gets a new id.
