PROVISIONAL TEXT

  • This text was written by the engineering team to describe what the site does at this revision. It has not been reviewed by counsel — that review is an open decision (D-105) — and it is not legal advice.
  • A fact the owner still has to supply is marked [owner to confirm]. Where you see it, nobody has decided yet, and nothing has been invented to fill the gap.
  • This document is available in English only until its translation has been reviewed.
  • Revision 2026-09-24.1, issued 24 September 2026.

WHAT THESE RULES COVER

  • These rules apply to any demonstration this platform hosts. No demonstration is on offer at this revision; these are the terms one will be offered under when it is.
  • Whether an application offers one is stated on its own page — a session hosted here, a demo on the application’s own site, or one arranged on request — and a demo on another site is governed by that site’s terms, not these.
  • A demonstration hosted here is an ephemeral, isolated, synthetic environment: it runs for a limited time, holds seeded data that is not real, and is deleted when its session ends.
  • A question about these rules goes to support@siasol.ai.

WHAT YOU AGREE NOT TO DO

  • Attempt to reach anything the demonstration was not given: another visitor’s session, the platform’s control services, a cloud metadata service, secrets, databases, message brokers, monitoring tools, or any network beyond what the session is allowed.
  • Attempt to break out of the sandbox, obtain more permissions than the session grants, or keep anything running after the session ends.
  • Upload or enter malicious files or inputs, or anything designed to disrupt the demonstration or the platform.
  • Enter personal data about other people, or sensitive data about yourself — health, financial account details, government identifiers, credentials — into a demonstration. Demonstrations are for synthetic data.
  • Enter data you are not permitted to share, including anything covered by a confidentiality obligation.
  • Use automation to start sessions, evade limits, or extract content, and do not share a session’s access with anyone else.
  • Use a demonstration, its content or its output to train models.
  • Rely on a demonstration for real work. Nothing in it survives the session.

SECURITY RESEARCH

  • Looking for weaknesses in the platform itself is welcome, in the way /legal/security describes. Testing against another visitor’s session, or degrading the service for others, is not.

WHAT HAPPENS TO WHAT YOU TYPE INTO A DEMONSTRATION

  • Each demonstration declares, before you enter anything, what it accepts, what it forbids, how long anything you enter is kept, and whether its output is stored — that declaration is part of the demonstration, not of this page, because it differs per application.
  • What this page fixes is the floor beneath every one of them: synthetic data only, deletion when the session ends, and no training on what you entered.
  • How this site handles what you type outside a demonstration is at /legal/privacy.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RULES ARE BROKEN

  • A session that breaks these rules may be ended, held for investigation, or refused. Limits on how many sessions may be started, and for how long, apply to everyone and are stated before a session starts.
  • The enforcement policy beyond ending a session, and any appeal route: [owner to confirm].
